Common Stake Issues and Solutions​

Swap Transaction Failed​

Issue:
Occasionally, swap transactions fail, resulting in an error message or a pending status that doesn’t complete.

Solution:
Ensure you have enough balance to cover transaction fees and the amount needed for the swap. Verify that the assets you’re swapping are supported by both your wallet and the swap provider. Check for any minimum swap amounts, as some providers require a minimum to process the transaction.

Incorrect Swap Amount Received​

Issue:
After completing a swap, you receive a different amount than expected.

Solution:
Review the exchange rate, as slight variations may occur due to price fluctuations during the transaction. Make sure you haven’t set a custom slippage tolerance that’s too high, as this can result in receiving less than expected. Contact support if the discrepancy is significant and cannot be explained by slippage or price volatility.

Delayed Swap Confirmation​

Issue:
Your swap transaction is taking longer than usual to confirm.

Solution:
Check if the network you’re swapping on is congested, which can cause delays. Refresh your wallet or app to ensure the latest status is displayed. Contact support if the swap remains unconfirmed for an extended period despite normal network conditions.

Pending Swap Transaction​

Issue:
Your swap transaction is stuck in “Pending” and does not complete.

Solution:
Wait a few minutes, as some swaps can take time to process. Avoid attempting multiple swaps in rapid succession, as this can cause further delays. If the transaction remains pending for an unusually long period, contact support with the transaction ID.

Swap Option Unavailable for Certain Assets​

Issue:
You’re unable to swap certain assets or see limited swap options within your wallet.

Solution:
Check if the asset is supported by the swap provider. Not all tokens are available for swapping on every platform. Verify if there are any regional restrictions or limitations for specific assets in your area. If the asset is supported but still unavailable, try updating your wallet or contact support for assistance.

High Slippage Impacting Swap Results​

Issue:
High slippage settings may result in receiving much less than expected during the swap.

Solution:
Set a reasonable slippage tolerance based on the asset’s volatility. For highly volatile assets, consider lowering the swap amount or checking the live exchange rate before proceeding. Review your settings, as certain default slippage tolerances may be higher than needed.
